ClicknFile.in shall prepare & file your 15CA CB forms in 2 to 5 days. The time period given here is totally dependent upon the speed at which you shall be providing to us all the papers/information asked for.
Know Your Tax Liability
During the very first telephonic call with one of our tax experts, you shall be told about whether you need to pay any taxes to the Govt. or not before making such foreign remittance. If yes, then you will be briefed about entire procedure of deduction of tax & subsequent payment thereof
Collection of Documents
Our Tax expert shall collect all the necessary papers/information from you and for which an all- inclusive checklist shall be separately emailed to you.
Preparation of Forms 15CA & 15CB
All the papers/information sent by you shall be processed by our Tax expert and once both the forms get ready, we will be e-filing the same with the Income Tax Department.
An Acknowledgement is electronically issued by Income Tax Department thereby evidencing the submission of Forms 15CA & 15 CB. Such Acknowledgement shall then be sent to you so that you may present the same in concerned bank for making foreign remittance.

Form No. 15CA
Form 15CA is a Declaration of Remitter and is used as a tool for collecting information in respect of payments ‘whether chargeable to tax or not’ in the hands of recipient non-resident.
Applicability of Form 15CA
Any person making a remittance of money outside India or to a NRI in India (irrespective of whether such remittance is taxable in India or not) has to compulsorily e-file Form 15CA with Income Tax Department.
Form No. 15CB
Form 15CB is a certificate to be obtained from a Chartered Accountant who certifies therein the nature of remittance and for whether tax has been deducted (and subsequently deposited with Central Govt.) before making such remittance.
Exemption from filing
Neither Form 15CA nor Form 15CB are required to be filed in case an ‘Individual’ makes some non-taxable remittance outside India and for which approval from Reserve Bank of India is not required.
‘Withdrawal’ option now available
The Income Tax Department has provided a facility to taxpayers whereby an already filed Form 15CA can be withdrawn within 7 days of its submission/e-filing.
Penalty for default
If a person, who was compulsorily required to file Form 15CA-CB but fails to do so, a penalty of Rs.1,00,000 may be levied against him.
